this is what I currently have for South Atlantic:
WV, VA, DE, MD, DC, NC, SC, GA, FL

kinda goes a bit too south. hence.. mid atlantic.

most of the people in FL... GA.. SC and NC could give less about events in the DC area... like 5+ hours away. :-\
