I'm hoping we get some good shots of my car going down the track. I have a couple, but I know there can be better ones!

Too bad my race wheels are ugly :( lol

Lol, well If I go to the track that night, I'll see if I can get inside the fence again and get some shots :P

(I went to Darlington Dragway once since I got in free cause of where I worked, got inside the fence and in the middle for some cool shots.)

Once the wheels are spinning, it dont matter lol. but your wheels aren't horrible, i dont think at least

Come on girls, you're making me miss home! I moved away from Myrtle Beach in January and am DYING to move back...haha, just need to wait for my little girl to grow up a bit more...I can't drive a truck with my stuff and my car tucked inside with a 2 month old and expect to make in...well, without her it takes about 7.5, 8 hours. Gotta love I-95! Enjoy my home for me! Haha.

Aw sorry, lol. :(
Yep, gotta love I95, except through Virginia...traffic sucks

Lol, I only hate it from Frederick down through Richmond. After that, it's a straight shot. I go to 695 (I think that's what it is), which is like a backroad 95...and take that to 17 for the "scenic" route. Hopefully when I go down in November I'll be able to find a new apartment and just have to make one final trip lol! Hope everyone's having fun there now! Tourist traffic is a PITA during summer so be careful!

Yep had fun!
we took 95, 295 and other #95 roads, haha...leaving we got on 17 which seemed a lot faster...

coming down, we got stuck in 3 hours traffic in virginia. rained in connecticut while driving with the top down (you really dont get too wet if you drive fast enough)
going back up, we got stuck in 4 hours traffic in virginia, new jersey, and new york was the worst.and started raining on us.

I swear, new york sucks, why would anyone want to live there...sheesh, when they say it never sleeps, um....it never sleeps cause you can never get where you're going! sorry for anyone that lives there, just...holy crap....
we finally got home after midnight last night, and the bf had to work this morning at 7

 Sorry, I hop on 95 and take 15 North through MD home to PA. I live right off 15, so I don't have to worry about NY or Jersey. That really sucks about getting caught in the rain!!!

Jersey sucks just as much as NY, hence why I got the hell out of that dump :)

LOL.
and we got a few holes in the vert top from when my b/f's dad got caught at work in a hail storm.

I think the traffic started in new york and just backed all the way up into new jersey.
Wish there was a way completely around NJ and NY, CT actually isnt too bad at night.

We dont live in NJ or NY just gotta go through it...but that still sucks...VA does have bad traffic on 95, both ways, we saw nothing blocking traffic...still have no idea what caused that back up.lol

You were probably near Richmond...usually traffic backs up for like 20, 25 miles heading northbound. Wouldn't know southbound, I always hit Frederick MD, Washington DC then Richmond VA during morning rush hour so it's constant stop and go an hour after I leave the house, lol.

No idea, lol. but thats horrible, lol. Its just traffic and nothing blocking the way, why does it stop is my question? haha.

Anyways. I didnt get to the track, our car was acting up earlier until we got into myrtle beach and didnt have a problem till we left out. Wish we could have gotten to the drag strip.
I'm trying to upload all my pictures, got a bunch, but wasnt in photographer mode so not as many as it should be.LOL

It splits to 95 and 295 before Richmond, 295 goes out and around the city (the way you'd usually take if you were heading to VA Beach) and then merges back to 95 after Richmond, so you get six lanes of traffic merging to three. It's so stupid, but that's what causes the back-up. It's like this lol: |)

Ahh yea, I think GPS took us to 295. geez, 6 to 3 lanes, now I understand the back up, LOL
